Using our website

These terms apply to the online services provided by KirbnJays Heating & Cooling at kirbnjayshvac.com and kirbnjays.com. Please provide accurate contact and property information and use these services only for legitimate requests. Do not impersonate another person, submit unauthorized requests, or interfere with the website.

Appointments and service requests

Review your service, address, arrival window, and any displayed charges before confirming an appointment. Selecting a time or beginning a form does not complete a booking. Look for the final confirmation that your appointment was booked, rescheduled, or canceled. A request sent to our team for review is not a confirmed appointment.

Availability depends on the service requested, the service location, and any applicable maintenance season or service-plan eligibility. If an online action does not complete or you need help with an appointment, call (636) 747-1667.

Property owners and people arranging service

Tell us who is arranging the visit, who owns the property, who will meet the technician, and who is expected to pay when requested. Someone else may arrange or pay for service, but the current property owner must authorize work on the equipment. A tenant's reservation is subject to our team obtaining that authorization. Booking confirmation goes to the property owner's customer profile.

When the person paying is not also the person scheduling and living at the property, we require a card on file and payment of the applicable dispatch fee before the technician travels. Scheduling or payment by someone other than the owner does not replace owner authorization.

Prices, offers, and memberships

The price, scope of work, offer conditions, and payment terms presented for your service apply. An appointment reservation does not authorize additional repairs or enroll you in a recurring membership. Review and approve the applicable service or membership terms before purchase.

First-time offers require first-time-customer eligibility. Service-plan enrollment visits are separate from future prepaid visits, which depend on payment and eligibility. See service plans and current offers for the details. Financing is subject to the financing provider's separate terms and approval.

Appointment and service messages

If you choose to receive KirbnJays appointment and service messages, they may include replies to your questions, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, schedule changes, and updates about your service request. Messages may use SMS, MMS, or RCS where available. Message frequency varies with your requests and appointments. Message and data rates may apply.

You can reply STOP to unsubscribe from the messaging program. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (636) 747-1667 or jason@kirbnjayshvac.com. Opting out of messages does not cancel an appointment; contact us or use online appointment management to change it.

Messaging consent applies to the communications you choose to receive. Using this website or booking service does not by itself enroll you in promotional messages. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing service. Message delivery depends on your device, carrier, and network; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information and uploads

Our Privacy page explains how the website handles information you provide. Share only information, photos, and files you are entitled to provide for your request. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or sensitive identity documents through ordinary messages or upload fields. Use the payment method provided by our team.

Other providers and updates

Links to financing, maps, reviews, or other outside services are subject to those providers' terms. We may update these website terms; the effective date above identifies this version. These website terms do not replace the specific terms of an accepted estimate, service agreement, warranty, or membership.
